👉 Once you've reserved a spot, we'll contact you, and you'll be able to pay a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the full price. The remaining 50% of the cost should be paid one month prior to the camp.

Pre-conditioning 💪

Starts 3 week prior the Camp Week

Coaches will provide a detailed, personalised plan to prepare you for the adventure ahead. During this crucial training period, you'll have the opportunity to meet with the team and coaches via Zoom and create your Strava Team!

Peak training camp ⛵️

Week 4, the Camp Week

This week is packed with adventures on both land and sea. Each day features a tailored training program for the entire group, complemented by 4-5 hours of sailing. Start your mornings with meditation and yoga, followed by a mix of light jogs, intense workouts, and recovery runs. Enjoy the camaraderie and fun of living together on a sailboat.

Recovery 🧘

2 weeks following the Camp Week

After intense training, planned recovery time is essential. The Trailsails team will ensure you have the necessary practices and routines to navigate this critical period effectively. They will also be available to check in and offer guidance as needed.
